1. Gray Bus Precision Positioning Technology

Achieve ±1mm positioning accuracy for the trolley (X-axis) and trolley (Y-axis), providing the foundation for automated travel and precise stockpile positioning.


2. Laser Scanning 3D Modeling Technology

Using LiDAR to scan the stockpile in real time, it dynamically generates a high-precision 3D point cloud model, accurately identifying the stockpile shape, volume, and access points.


3. Intelligent Anti-Sway Control Technology

Designed specifically for the grab bucket, this advanced algorithm eliminates sway during operation, enabling stable, accurate, and fast automatic alignment and delivery, with an anti-sway accuracy of ±0.4°.


4. Multi-Sensor Fusion and Intelligent Identification

Integrating visual recognition, radar collision avoidance, and material level monitoring sensors, it intelligently identifies vehicles, obstacles, and stockpile boundaries, ensuring safe operations.


5. Intelligent Collaborative Scheduling Algorithm

Based on material recipes and production plans, it automatically generates optimal operation instructions and intelligently plans routes, enabling collaborative operations and avoidance among multiple vehicles.
