Technical Introduction:
Wuhan Forward Technology Co., Ltd.'s high-precision Gray bus liner utilizes a rigid inner liner and a base plate machined using precision CNC machining. The threading card is manufactured using a high-precision mold and does not use foam filler, which improves address detection accuracy and linearity, achieving positioning accuracy of up to 1mm.
Main technical parameters:
1. Resolution: 1mm
2. Standard length:custom made
3. Gap distance between antenna box and Gray bus: 30~300mm front and back. ±100mm up and down
4. Data communication interface: RS232C/RS458/Modbus/Modbus RTU/ProfiBus/ Profinet/DeviceNet/ Ethernet (TCP/IP protocol, RJ45 interface)/SSI, etc.
5. Applicable environment: suitable for outdoor industrial environments with harsh conditions such as dust, acid, alkali, high temperature, etc.
Application scenarios:
Bridge crane positioning system,Stacker-reclaimer travel position and rotation angle detection system,Belt conveyor unloading trolley positioning system,Ship loading and unloading machine position detection system,Unmanned bridge crane system,Unmanned stacker-reclaimer system,Remote control system for belt conveyor unloading trolley,Coke oven vehicle interlocking control system, etc.
Detection method:
1. Ground Testing Method

2. On-Board Testing Method

Features:
1. Non-contact operation: The antenna box and the Gray bus are non-contact, eliminating slippage, wear, and other issues, resulting in a long service life.
2. Absolute position detection: Due to the encoding characteristics of the Gray bus, the detected address is absolute, with no cumulative error.
3. Continuous position detection: No blind spots.
4. High-precision position detection: Position detection accuracy is 1mm, meeting the positioning requirements of autonomous vehicles and fully automated operations.
5. Unregulated by the regulatory authorities: The Gray bus operates at a low frequency, generating an electromagnetic field limited to a few meters, eliminating the need to apply for a frequency band from the regulatory authorities.
6. Strong anti-interference capability: Using a cross-twisted structure and phase detection technology, the antenna box operates normally with a gap between 30mm and 300mm between the antenna box and the Gray bus. Unaffected by ambient noise and fluctuations in received signal levels, it can operate reliably and long-term in harsh industrial environments.
7. Suitable for harsh industrial environments: The Gray bus, its fixture, and the antenna box installed outdoors are all made of non-metallic materials and are sealed. Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, it is particularly suitable for outdoor use, especially in harsh industrial environments such as ports, metallurgy, mining, railways, and power plants.
8. Multiple mobile vehicles can share a single Gray bus, and both sides of a Gray bus can also share a single Gray bus.
Components:
1. Gray Bus

2. On-Board Detection Encoder

Encodes and amplifies address signals, connects to the Gray Bus, and transmits signals to the Gray Bus. The On-Board Detection Encoder operates at a frequency of F01kHz and is used with a F01kHz decoder and V-Antenna Box.
3.On-Board Detection Decoder

Connects to the on-board dual-type antenna box. Analyzes the signals received by the antenna box and converts them into corresponding addresses. The On-Board Detection Decoder operates at a frequency of F01kHz and is used with a F01kHz address encoder and dual-type antenna box.
4. V-Antenna Box

Receives signals from the Gray Bus and transmits them to the vehicle inspection address decoder. The antenna box operates at a frequency of F01kHz and is used with a F01kHz decoder.
5. Ground Detection Encoder

Encodes and amplifies address signals for ground detection mode and is connected to the ground inspection antenna box. The Ground Detection Encoder typically operates at a frequency of F02kHz. For use with an F02KHz G-Antenna Box.
6.Ground Detection Decoder

The antenna box sends a high-frequency signal to the Gray bus. The Ground Detection Decoder, connected to the Gray bus, decodes the address data corresponding to this signal. The Ground Detection Decoder typically operates at a frequency of F02KHz. For use with an F02KHz encoder.
7.G-Antenna Box
Connects to a Ground Detection Encoder to send a high-frequency signal to the Gray bus. The antenna box typically operates at a frequency of F02KHz. For use with an F02KHz decoder.
