Dedicated 2D LiDAR Pan/Tilt (Rotary + Oscillating)
Product Overview and Specifications:
1. A rotary axis (±175° rotation angle, ±90° oscillation angle, 0.0007° angular resolution) is integrated into the oscillating scanning function of a one-dimensional pan/tilt.
2. A dual-axis pan/tilt is used to combine scans at 0° and 90° rotation, compensating for the lower angular resolution of the LiDAR compared to the pan/tilt, thereby improving scanning accuracy. The pan/tilt can perform oscillating and rotating scanning, as well as dual-axis fusion scanning.
Applications:
Steel coil warehouses, sheet metal and bulk material grabbers, unmanned overhead cranes for bars and wires, stackers and reclaimers, material identification, vehicle recognition, and inventory counting. Applications requiring higher installation heights than conventional one-dimensional pan/tilts require higher scanning accuracy.
Laser Scanning 3D Modeling Technology Overview:

This equipment rapidly scans the contours of objects within a scene, reconstructing 3D point cloud data. Combined with 3D point cloud processing software, it enables 3D contour measurement, automatic identification of specific targets, and calculation of material geometry.
For Bulk Material 3D Modeling:
It features 3D point cloud display, inventory volume calculation, and, combined with density, weight estimation.
Based on the 3D model, it calculates data such as the layer opening position, pitch height, and rotation angle for automatic control systems such as bucket wheel stackers and scrapers, and transmits this data to the PLC for automated control.
For Steel Coil 3D Modeling:
It can identify steel coils in various scenarios, including high-temperature coils, bright-surface coils, and black coils, and calculate their outer diameter, width, XZ coordinates, and placement angle.
It can also identify standard vehicle saddles and calculate their Z coordinates.
It also provides interfaces for various protocols with management systems.
Regarding scrap 3D modeling:
It can recognize irregular scrap patterns in 3D and calculate the optimal 3D coordinates for electromagnetic crane pickup.
It can interface with management systems using various protocols.
In terms of 3D model accuracy:
It can filter and repair point clouds to ensure 3D modeling accuracy in harsh environments with high point cloud noise, such as those caused by moisture, dust, etc.
