System Overview

The unmanned steel coil warehouse system launched by Wuhan Zhengxiang Technology Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive intelligent warehouse management system integrating precise positioning, intelligent collision avoidance, real-time inventory inventory, and automated scheduling. Leveraging multiple independently developed core technologies, the system enables unmanned and intelligent management of the entire steel coil warehouse process, significantly improving the safety, accuracy, and efficiency of warehouse operations.

1. Gray Bus High-Precision Positioning Technology

Provides 1mm-level positioning accuracy, enabling real-time tracking of the crane and coil positions, providing a data foundation for automated control and collision avoidance.


2. Laser Scanning 3D Modeling Technology

Creates a real-time 3D model of the coils and storage area, identifying coil shape, coordinates, and posture, supporting precise inventory management and collision avoidance calculations.


3. Dynamic Collision Avoidance System

Multi-sensor fusion (LiDAR + Gray Bus) enables real-time collision avoidance and intelligent path planning between the crane, coils, and equipment.


4. Instant Inventory System

Based on 3D point cloud and real-time data processing, inventory information is updated within seconds, achieving inventory management accuracy exceeding 99.9%.


5. Anti-sway Technology

Anti-sway accuracy of ±0.4°, and hoist positioning deviation ≤25mm, improving operational stability and efficiency.
