System Overview
By integrating Gray Code precise positioning, wireless data transmission, and intelligent computer control, our Coke Oven Machinery Coordination System ensures the safe and efficient operation of coke oven vehicles as a specialized industrial solution. The system is designed to provide real-time, precise position detection and safety interlocking control for the four major coke oven vehicles (Pusher Machine, Coke Guide Machine, Quenching Car, Larry Car) and the guide car. It ensures that all vehicles operate in strict accordance with predefined schedules and safety protocols, thereby effectively preventing production safety incidents and significantly enhancing the automation level and operational efficiency of the entire coking process.
Core Technologies

1. Gray Bus High-Precision Positioning Technology:
• Utilizing a Gray bus absolute positioning system, the system detects the precise position of each locomotive in real time, achieving a positioning accuracy of up to ±1mm, providing reliable position data for safety interlocking.
• The system boasts strong anti-interference capabilities, unaffected by the harsh coke oven environment, such as smoke, high temperatures, and steam, ensuring stability and reliability.
2. Industrial-Grade Wireless Communication Network:
A wireless spread spectrum communication network covering the coke oven area enables high-speed, stable, and real-time data transmission between the onboard system and the ground control center, ensuring accurate synchronization of each vehicle's position and status information.
3. Intelligent Interlocking Control Algorithm:
Based on real-time position information and key motion signals from each vehicle, the system incorporates an advanced interlocking logic algorithm to automatically determine interlocking conditions and output "allow/disable" commands, ensuring absolute safety in production operations.
4. Centralized Monitoring and Management System:
• The ground server provides centralized monitoring and system management for all locomotives in the plant, including operation planning and performance management, interlocking control, and safety control.
• Each vehicle is equipped with an on-board touch screen monitoring system, which displays the vehicle's position, interlocking status, plan information and system instructions in real time to guide the driver in safe operation.
System Functions and Applications
• Door Removal Interlock: The system only allows door removal when the door mechanism of a coke pusher or coke interceptor car is precisely aligned with the planned carbonization chamber and the current time is within the planned window.
• Coke Pushing Interlock: The system comprehensively determines whether the coke pusher, coke interceptor car, quenching car, and smoke guide car are all in position, the coke guide trough is in place, the quenching car door is closed, and the dust removal fan is running at high speed. Only when all conditions are met will the system issue a command to allow coke pushing.
• Coal Loading Interlock: The system only allows loading when the coal loading car is precisely aligned with the loading port of an empty carbonization chamber and the smoke guide car is in place, ensuring effective dust collection.
• Anti-collision Interlock: Real-time monitoring of the relative position of locomotives running on the same track. When a vehicle approaches a safe distance, the system automatically limits its speed. When the maximum safe distance is reached, the system forces the vehicle to stop and issues an alarm through audible, visual, and text messages, effectively preventing locomotive collisions.
• Improve safety management: Technical measures are used to enforce constraints on manual operations, eliminating incorrect and illegal operations and significantly enhancing the inherent safety of coking operations.
• Optimize production processes: Link planning and execution, reduce production interruptions caused by waiting vehicles and poor coordination, and improve production efficiency.
