Huafeng Coking Plant previously relied on manual vehicle coordination, which suffered from inaccurate positioning and significant safety risks. FORWARD Technology deployed a five-vehicle interlock system using Gray code bus positioning technology to achieve precise positioning and interlock control for pushing cars, coke guide cars, locomotive cars, charging cars, and smoke guide cars, with positioning accuracy of ≤5mm. The system prevents accidents such as red-hot coke falling and pushing rod scraping against oven walls, improving production safety and operational coordination.

This case study examines the unmanned cyclone well slag handling system deployed at LIUZHOU IRON & STEEL CO., LTD.
